Annual Patient Experience Day 2023

On June 27, 2023, the Annual Patient Experience Day was held, organized by the Institut Français de l'Expérience Patient and open to all those wishing to immerse themselves for a day in the sharing of best practices and in the discovery of emerging topics around the consideration andimprovement of the Patient Experience.

Over the course of the day, we were able to meet more than 300 participants, who shared their views on the subject and benefited from each other's expertise. It was a pleasure for some to meet, and for most to get together again!

With the Elsan Group, alongside Myriam Combes, Director of Strategy and Medical Relations, we shared our experience of how the Group relies on patient verbatim, analyzed by Better World, to draw up action plans aligned with expectations and monitor them, both centrally and in the establishments.
