The Service Academy and Better World reveal the 2023 national barometer of Symmetry of Attentions

L'Académie du Service, a customer and employee experience consulting and training firm, announces the results of its 2023 National Barometer of Symmetry of AttentionsⒸ.

This study, carried out jointly by the Académie du Service and Better World, an innovative company specializing in the automated analysis of language using Artificial Intelligence, and launched by the Académie du Service back in 2014 among a representative sample of the French population, evaluates the quality of the experience lived as a customer and the anchoring of the service culture as an employee in 14 major sectors of the economy: Insurance, Automotive, Banking, Specialized retailing, Education, Energy, Healthcare and medical-social establishments, Real estate, Retail, Catering, Public service and administration, Telephony/Internet, Tourism and hotels and Passenger transport.

The results of the 2023 National Barometer reveal a significant drop in employees' overall satisfaction with their company, down 12 points compared to 2022 (66% in 2022 vs. 54% in 2023), while customers' overall satisfaction remains stable (52% in 2022 and 2023).
