The Better World - Hôpital des 15-20 partnership featured in Revue Hospitalière

In its latest issue for December 2022 (no. 609), hospital magazine presents the partnership between Better World and the Hôpital National des Quinze-Vingts, which puts artificial intelligence (AI) to work for patients, at the service of care paths.

Because taking into account patients' experiences is a priority lever for transforming care paths, the hospital has equipped itself with the Better World solution, which makes it possible to exploit patient feedback, including verbatims (opinions, ideas, comments, etc.).
